StorState Online Backup & Recovery End User License and Service Agreement

This agreement is a legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single legal entity ("You" or "you"), and StorState Online Backup & Recovery.

1. All software and services provided by StorState Online Backup & Recovery are on an "as is" basis with no warranties of any kind, and StorState Online Backup & Recovery will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use. StorState Online Backup & Recovery further disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including and without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. StorState Online Backup & Recovery grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, limited license to use the binary form of the software provided by StorState Online Backup & Recovery for your use only. Redistribution of programs owned by StorState Online Backup & Recovery, unless explicitly granted by StorState Online Backup & Recovery, is strictly prohibited.
3. All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, is the property of StorState Online Backup & Recovery or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. All programs used on this site are the property of StorState Online Backup & Recovery or its software suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Any attempt of reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of programs, unless it is explicitly permitted, is prohibited by law.
4. StorState Online Backup & Recovery may send notices to you via either email or regular mail. StorState Online Backup & Recovery may also provide notices of changes to the terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the services provided by StorState Online Backup & Recovery.
5. The integrity of this system relies on proper use of email as message passing media. The use of the email system, directly or indirect as a spamming tool, or other than its intended purpose, is prohibited.
6. StorState Online Backup & Recovery reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
7. You are expected not to use the services provided by StorState Online Backup & Recovery for any unlawful activities not otherwise covered above, including but not limited to, attempting to compromise the security of any networked account, a site or a country. Appropriate legal procedures will be pursued when StorState Online Backup & Recovery is aware of any of these activities.
8. StorState Online Backup & Recovery or it’s suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of backup data, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if StorState Online Backup & Recovery or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. You must be a registered user to access the service. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. If you lose your password or the encryption key for your backup sets, you may not be able to access your backed up data. StorState Online Backup & Recovery shall not be liable for any damages (including damages for not able to restore backup data or the disclosure of confidential information) resulting from loss/corruption/compromise of this key.
10. Usage of the StorState Online Backup & Recovery System software, services or website signifies your agreement to the End User License and Service Agreement.
