This is the StorState Online Backup & Recovery (“StorState”) payment and refund policy.
StorState accepts only credit cards for payment online. Payment can be made by company check or other means only with prior authorization from StorState.
Backup accounts will not be activated without prior payment.
Accounts deactivated for non-payment will not be reactivated without prior payment, and will only be reactivated with payment of all overdue fees.
All fees and renewal fees are due on or before the due date of the renewing account.
Any losses or expenses incurred by the Customer, to actions taken by StorState in response to Customer non-payment, are not the responsibility of StorState.
By purchasing StorState services you are agreeing to a reoccurring payment plan that will be re-billed according to the term you select.
You grant StorState permission to charge your credit card for any and all services you request and any renewals thereof.
If StorState is unable to process a payment for your plan by its due date, your account will be suspended for ten (10) days, or until payment is successfully processed. If StorState is unable to process payment within the suspension time, your account will be terminated for non-payment and you will not be able to access your account.
It is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit or debit cards. Determination of such misuse or fraudulent activity shall be at the sole discretion of StorState. Further, StorState may report such activities, in its sole discretion, to appropriate government authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and credit card companies.
All fees paid for plans and services are non-refundable.
If you do not wish to continue services with StorState, or do not wish to renew your account, it is your responsibility to cancel your account prior to your renewal date to avoid further charges.
